1. 適用

本規約は、本アプリの利用に関する当方とユーザーとの一切の関係に適用されます。本アプリをダウンロード・利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。個人情報の取り扱いについてはプライバシーポリシーによります。

2. サービス内容

本アプリは、日本人の韓国語学習者が、AIとの音声会話や発音練習を通じて韓国語で話す練習を行うための学習アプリです。本アプリは学習を支援するものであり、特定の学習成果・語学能力の向上を保証するものではありません。

3. アカウント

• 本アプリの一部機能は、Apple／Googleサインインによるアカウント登録が必要です。
• ユーザーは、自己の責任でアカウントを管理するものとします。
• 登録情報に虚偽があった場合や本規約に違反した場合、当方は利用を制限することがあります。

4. 料金・サブスクリプション

• 無料体験：初回に7日間の無料体験をご利用いただけます。
• 料金（税込）：月額プラン ¥1,800／年額プラン ¥10,800。最新の価格は各ストアの表示によります。
• 決済：Apple App StoreまたはGoogle Playを通じて決済されます。
• 自動更新：サブスクリプションは、期間終了の一定時間前までに解約されない限り、自動的に更新され、当該期間の料金が課金されます。無料体験は、体験期間終了前に解約しない場合、有料プランへ自動的に移行します。
• 解約：更新の停止（解約）は、Apple／Googleのアカウント設定からいつでも行えます。解約後も、当該請求期間の終了までは有料機能をご利用いただけます。
• 返金：返金は、原則としてApple／Google各ストアの規定に従います。

日本国内での自動更新サブスクリプションの販売にあたっては、別途「特定商取引法に基づく表記」を掲示します。

5. 無料プランと利用制限

無料でご利用いただける範囲には、1日あたりの会話回数・ターン数、発音採点、復習の保存件数などの制限があります。これらの制限内容は、サービス改善のため予告なく変更されることがあります。

6. 禁止事項

ユーザーは、次の行為をしてはなりません。

• 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為。
• 当方または第三者の権利（知的財産権・プライバシー等）を侵害する行為。
• 本アプリの運営を妨害し、または不正にアクセス・解析・改変する行為。
• 他者になりすます行為、虚偽の情報を登録する行為。
• 本アプリを商用目的で無断利用する行為、その他当方が不適切と判断する行為。

7. ユーザーの発話・コンテンツ

ユーザーが本アプリに入力・発話した内容は、機能の提供およびプライバシーポリシーに定める目的の範囲で利用されます。ユーザーは、自らが入力・発話する内容について、第三者の権利を侵害しないことについて責任を負います。

8. 知的財産権

本アプリおよびそれに含まれるソフトウェア・デザイン・テキスト・音声・ロゴ等に関する知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。ユーザーは、これらを当方の許可なく複製・転用・改変してはなりません。

9. AIによる応答について

本アプリのAIによる応答・翻訳・発音評価は、自動生成されるものであり、その正確性・完全性・適切性を保証するものではありません。学習の参考としてご利用いただき、重要な判断にあたっては他の情報源もご確認ください。

10. サービスの変更・中断・終了

当方は、ユーザーへの事前の通知なく、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を中断・終了することがあります。これによりユーザーに生じた損害について、当方は本規約に定める範囲で責任を負います。

11. 免責事項・責任の制限

当方は、本アプリが特定の目的に適合すること、エラーや不具合がないことを保証しません。当方の故意または重過失による場合を除き、本アプリの利用に関して生じた損害について、当方は責任を負いません。法令上、当方が責任を負う場合であっても、その範囲は法令が許容する限度に制限されます。

12. 準拠法・裁判管轄

本規約の解釈および適用は、日本法を準拠法とします。本アプリに関して当方とユーザーとの間に紛争が生じた場合は、当方の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

13. 本規約の変更

当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本アプリまたはウェブサイト上でお知らせします。変更後に本アプリを利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. Acceptance

These Terms apply to all relations between us and you regarding your use of the App. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

The App is a learning tool that helps Japanese speakers practice speaking Korean through AI voice conversation and pronunciation practice. It supports your learning but does not guarantee any specific learning outcome or improvement in language ability.

3. Accounts

• Some features require an account via Apple/Google sign-in.
• You are responsible for managing your own account.
• We may restrict use if registration information is false or these Terms are breached.

4. Fees & subscriptions

• Free trial: a 7-day free trial is available on first use.
• Prices (tax included): Monthly ¥1,800 / Yearly ¥10,800. Current prices are as shown in each store.
• Payment: processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically and the fee for the next period is charged, unless cancelled a certain time before the period ends. A free trial converts to a paid plan automatically unless cancelled before it ends.
• Cancellation: you can stop renewal (cancel) at any time in your Apple/Google account settings. You keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: refunds are governed by the policies of the Apple/Google stores.

For auto-renewing subscriptions sold in Japan, a separate disclosure under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (特定商取引法) is provided.

5. Free tier & limits

The free tier has limits such as the number of daily conversations and turns, pronunciation scoring, and the number of saved review items. These limits may change without notice to improve the service.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Violate laws or public order and morals.
• Infringe the rights (IP, privacy, etc.) of us or third parties.
• Interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to, analyze, or alter, the App.
• Impersonate others or register false information.
• Use the App commercially without permission, or engage in conduct we deem inappropriate.

7. Your speech & content

Content you enter or speak into the App is used to provide features and for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that what you enter or speak does not infringe the rights of third parties.

8. Intellectual property

Intellectual property rights in the App and its software, design, text, audio, logos, and the like belong to us or the rightful owners. You may not copy, repurpose, or modify them without our permission.

9. About AI responses

AI responses, translations, and pronunciation assessments in the App are generated automatically and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or appropriate. Use them as a learning reference and consult other sources for important decisions.

10. Changes & termination of the service

We may change the App, or suspend or discontinue it, without prior notice. We are liable for resulting damage only to the extent set out in these Terms.

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

We do not warrant that the App fits a particular purpose or is free of errors or defects. Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damage arising from your use of the App. Even where we are liable under applicable law, that liability is limited to the extent the law permits.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Japan. Any dispute between us and you regarding the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as needed. For material changes, we will notify you in the App or on our website. If you use the App after a change, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
